Seeking a Project Manager to deliver commercial window & facade projects throughout Western Sydney.
Overview:

The Role:
As Project Manager, you'll oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects from planning through to completion. You'll work closely with our internal teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all aspects of commercial window and curtain wall installation projects.
Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and site personnel.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and resources.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Resolve issues promptly and effectively to maintain project timelines.
Selection Criteria:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial windows sector or looking to take the next step in your career.
Strong knowledge of project management processes and construction site operations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
A team-oriented mindset and a proactive, can-do attitude.
