Company Summary:

My client is a well-known builder with strong reputation in the Queensland market with 15+ years of proven success delivering luxurious, multi-residential projects up to $120m+. After a successful 2024 and cracking start to 2025 already underway! They have a very strong pipeline of work from trusted repeat clients. They are now hiring an experienced Structures Foreman due to growth and project wins.

They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial Construction industry. The project is a large, apartment building with a trusted repeat client up to $90m close to Brisbane CBD.

Ideal traits the successful candidate will have:

• 5-10 + years of experience in the role
• Previous project experience on large apartment towers.
• Leadership - enjoys mentoring and teaching others.
• Excellent ability to build rapport with others.
• Strong past tenure with employers.
• Team player who loves a challenge!
• Positive, "can-do" attitude.

With a strong pipeline of work already under construction and due to company growth, they are looking for an experienced Structures Foreman to join the team in their Brisbane office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a leader, self-motivated, confident, honest, reliable, and looking to grow their career to step into this role.

Your Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
• Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
• Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
• Ideally 5 years + industry experience running your own projects between $40m - $100m+
