The Role
As Production Estimator, you will play a critical role in ensuring projects stay on budget and meet high-quality standards. You'll be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analysing project requirements, and collaborating with various departments to deliver exceptional homes on time and within budget.
This is a full time role, Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm, Friday 8.30am - 4pm. Free parking available.
Key Responsibilities
⭐Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential projects, including materials, labour, and subcontractor pricing.
⭐Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to review plans and identify cost-saving opportunities.
⭐Maintain and update estimating databases with current pricing and industry trends.
What you need
✔Proven experience as Production Estimator in residential construction/home building in Australia - preferably Queensland
✔Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry pricing trends.
✔Proficiency in Databuild
✔Excellent analytical and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
✔Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
✔Ability to thrive under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
