We're looking for a PC to assist on a $15m Commercial build South of Geelong. Opportunity to work on a high profile project and join a business with healthy pipeline of work.

Duties within the role

  • Full management and coordination of multiple sub-contractors
  • Exposure to a variety of projects in multiple sectors including - Health,Commercial, Education and Retail
  • Assisting the Project Manager with relevant Program Management
  • Aspects of contract letting, RFIs and contract negotiations
  • Tracking the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/trades
  • Working closely with the Site Manager
