My client are a National Tier 2 Business who are in the market for a Site Supervisor to join the team on an upcoming Education New Build Scheme.
- Work on a brand new Education scheme in the West

- Be on the project from the start
Roles and Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of all daily site activities as well as on-site safety.
- Run the on-site budget and all trades until project completion
- Manage the weekly programme and comply with business systems
- Manage the activity of subcontractors and site labour
- Ensure a high level of communication and teamwork through direct communications and on-site meetings
- Consistently achieve and assist sub-contractors in their obligations to meet the highest quality of work
- Support the Senior Site Manager when required
Ideal Candidate
- Must hold a relevant construction degree and qualifications
- 5 years + with a Tier 1 or 2 head contractors
- Previous experience working on $50m + Australian construction project - apartment background beneficial
- Strong relationships with subcontractor within VIC
- Take full responsibility for all site aspects of the project
- Exposure to working directly with clients and consultants
