Company Summary:

I have partnered with a well-known developer builder with an excellent reputation in the Queensland market spanning over 40 years of proven success delivering projects up to $80m+, specialising in the commercial project market. They have a very strong pipeline of work across Brisbane and the Gold Coast and are now hiring a Finishes Foreman due to growth and project wins.

They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial Construction industry.

Specialising in a large residential apartment and commercial towers. MUST HAVE large, residential apartment project experience.

• 5 - 10+ years of experience
• Large tower experience.

With a strong pipeline of work already under construction and due to company growth, they are looking for an experienced Finishes Foreman to join the team in their Brisbane office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a leader, self-motivated, confident, honest, reliable, and looking to grow their career to step into this role.

Your Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
• Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
• Trade background.
• Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
• Ideally 10 years industry experience running your own projects between $40m - $100m+
