The role:

An opportunity for an experienced trade qualified cabinet maker to move into a semi off the tools role and lead a team in a factory supervisor / junior foreman position.

Joining a supportive and long-standing team within a national commercial joinery company.

About you:

  • Must be trade qualified with a minimum of 5 years in the trade.
  • Lead by example and provide support to others in the factory.
  • Team leading experience preferred.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with others in the team.
  • Be a problem solver with a professional approach.
  • An eye for detail and take pride in the quality of your work.
  • Be willing to learn and take feedback onboard.
