Our client is seeking an experienced, residential Production Estimator to join their growing team. If you priortise attention to detail and have a background in domestic building, I would like to hear from you.

This Vic based residential builder specializes in medium density housing and so a background in these project types is essential to be considered for this role. Head office is based in the South-East.

The Role

Reporting to the Production Manager, the new role will involve:

• Completing all building estimating requirements
• Producing accurate documentation within budgeted timelines
• Creating BOQs
• Resolving ordering oversights and making amendments as required
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of company products and services
• Excellent customer service skills, supervisors, suppliers, trades people, agents and contractors are maintained and improved.
• Adding new additions to the estimating team

If you possess a can-do attitude, enjoy new challenges and are able to work with a variety of fast paced projects, this could be your dream role!

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• 3 years' experience within the Residential Construction industry.
• Excellent communication skills, written & verbal
• Evidence of proactive qualities and ability to work autonomously
• Construction knowledge and a trade background
• Competency with Microsoft Office and experience working with an estimating system (Databuild)
