The Mine Site:

The contractor has long term relationship the principal on site and the doesn't show any signs of slowing down with a long mine life ahead.

• Camp and mine site are located 5 minutes apart
• Accommodation on site - Permanent En-suite rooms
• Excellent Dry Mess and well managed Wet Mess
• Gym, swimming pool and other sporting facilities
• Large surface workshop with underground workshop for breakdowns and minor works.
• Charter flights directly into site

The duties and team

You'll enjoy integrating into a well-connected team on site with a great culture. Reporting into the Senior leading hand on crew you will be responsible for;-

• Bucket repairs
• Loader teeth repairs
• Body work & tub repairs
• Handrail replacements
• General overall fabrication on mobile plant

Your skills and experience

You will be a trade qualified boilermaker and have a minimum of 12+ months experience working on mobile plant or earthmoving machinery. Most importantly you will;-

• Have an eagerness to continue/ train up in the mining sector
• Have an excellent attitude towards work and leaning new skills
• Be a team player and enjoy working with likeminded individuals
• Have the ability to work autonomously and willingness to "have a go"
• Prioritises safety and a number one
