Our client is seeking an individual with exceptional hospitality or retail experience, who is eager for a career transition, to join their dynamic team and contribute to exciting projects throughout Sydney.

Our client is a leading provider of premium window furnishings for commercial, hospitality and residential spaces. With over 20+ years' experience within the industry specialising in crafting high-quality, custom window treatments that enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of any interior. As the business continues to expand, they are seeking a Junior Sales Consultant to join their team and contribute to their success.

About the Role

In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to embark on a rewarding career path within the sales domain. You will be passionate about interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through our extensive product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in-person and over the phone, to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Conduct site visits to help measure and design customer spaces.
  • Provide expert advice and product knowledge to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with our team to offer tailored solutions that meet each customer's unique needs and preferences.
  • Assist with showroom presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the elegance and functionality of our offerings.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality or retail roles is a plus but not required.
  • A keen eye for design and aesthetics is desirable.
  • Full Driver's License and own vehicle
