The projects in NSW
The company is connected to a wide range of projects in NSW and are currently looking for UG mining maintenance professionals on the following rosters;-
- Central NSW - 2:2 roster (2 sites)
- Western NSW - 7:7 roster (2 sites)
The duties
As an UG mining maintenance trades professional your UG mining skills will be put to use in the following ways;
- Workshop maintenance - major component change outs, technical breakdowns, projects focused on increasing machinery availability
- Field - Technical breakdowns, fault finding, drill servicing and increasing availability
- Machinery - Sandvik and Epiroc plus CAT loaders and Normet charge up
Roster + DIDO or FIFO
Demand for UG HD Fitters is focused on projects in central and western NSW. The projects offer;-
- DIDO with travel hours paid - in and out from site (limit project dependant)
- FIFO from Sydney or interstate - travel hours paid in and out (limit project dependant)
- Camp or hotel motel accommodation
- All meals provided
What skills you offer
You will have come from a background working in UG hard rock mining and have a growing knowledge on Sandvik or Epiro equipment. You will also;-
- Be a team player, easy to work with
- Have a great attitude towards work
- Good customer facing skills
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Have good diagnostics skills
- Trade qualified (other tickets and licenses a benefit)
- Looking for long term work and committed
