The Company
Our client is a boutique residential builder, growing in the Mudgee area. Having won a multitude of awards in the residential sector, they are now looking to expand their tight-knit team with an experienced Site Supervisor to work closely with their clients to create their dream homes.
The Role
Reporting into the Sydney based construction manager, manage 9 new Mudgee based high end custom builds, with build values north of $1.2M - $1.5M.
- The role is Monday to Friday, and you will have a company vehicle, phone, and tablet
- No work on the tools required, manage trades and suppliers
- No lot limits, availability to extend number of builds
- Programming of works to meet minimum time frames
- Problem solving and advising on appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of and adherence to WH&S requirements
What You Need
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, experience running own business highly favoured
- Good understanding of how to use a tablet and construction management program
- Ability to schedule and manage tight timelines
- Carpentry Trade is essential
- Local trade network highly favoured
- Strong customer service, friendly disposition and patience for customer enquiries is essential
- Drivers license
