This privately owned drainage and utilities contractor are seeking an experienced professional to lead a safety team and oversee compliance & training.
The business has been steadily growing throughout their 25 years in the market, and they have firmly cemented themselves as an industry leader in their space. With a staff total of around 350 people, and field staff of around 200 people, the successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing safety processess, company-wide. The successful aplicant will work alongside the HR and Safety Managers. The project delivery teams are usually made up of 10 - 12 members, working across multiple sites at any one time. Some of the sites are Tier 1 sites as the subcontractor for large civil construction companies, and some are smaller jobs as the primary contractor.
