Tier 3 builder - National presence (permanent role)
- Intermediate Estimator required to join a growing team – Privately owned with hands on senior management team
- Schools, heritage, childcare centres & aged care projects – projects $2m-40m
- Paying up to $140k package based on experience
Fitout & Refurb Specialist - South Melbourne (contract/perm opportunity)
- Small privately owned business – 3 x Directors are hands on
- Focus on high end office, medical & retail fit outs up to $10m
- Jnr level estimator needed (6 months – 3+ years’ experience preferred)
Estimating Assistant - Tier 2 National Builder (contract that could lead to perm role)
- Immediate requirement to assist senior estimators price projects $10m-150m
- Role may include – chasing subcontractor quotes & prices
- Producing BOQ’s, take offs if capable
Jnr Estimator - Mulgrave (contract position)
- Similar duties to the above
- Projects include Bunnings, retail, recreation & schools
- Immediate start – $65k-$70k equivalent
