Nathan has spent over 6 years in Civil Construction, he holds a Batchelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and specialises in Surveying, Estimating & Road Construction. His knowledge of the ground and job builds goes hand-in-hand with understanding the need for quality on site. His immediate understanding when connecting with candidates means their experience goes beyond just a conversation with a recruiter, it’s a respectable relationship from the go.

Nathan manages labour supply for multiple local & FIFO clients, dedicating his time to building in depth relationships, understanding specific client needs, the workplace culture & working closely with our in-house admin teams to ensure he delivers the best possible service to his clients.
