This is a standout opportunity to join a global underground mining OEM in a key support role, offering long-term career development and stability.

We're partnering with a leading OEM to recruit a Spare Parts Sales Coordinator for their Midvale branch in Perth. You'll be joining a close-knit, high-performing team supporting underground operations across Australia through parts coordination, internal sales, and customer support.

You'll start on a 6-month contract through Marble with the potential to transition across to permanent onto the clients books following this.

What's on Offer

  • Monday-Friday office-based role (Perth - Midvale)
  • Rotating shifts between 6am-5pm (8-hour days)
  • $50ph + super (casual via Marble)
  • Exposure to mining operations, supply chain & technical parts

The Role

You'll act as the key link between customers, field service teams, and internal departments - ensuring parts are sourced, quoted, and delivered efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage spare parts enquiries, quotations and sales orders
  • Identify correct parts using manuals, drawings and technical docs
  • Provide pricing, lead times and availability to customers
  • Coordinate with warehouse, procurement and logistics teams
  • Manage backorders and customer updates
  • Organise freight and delivery to mine sites
  • Maintain accurate records across ERP/CRM systems
  • Follow up quotes to drive conversion

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in spare parts, internal sales, or a coordination role
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first, team-oriented approach
  • Confident processing purchase and sales orders with solid attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems
  • Exposure to mining, heavy equipment, or industrial environments (highly regarded)
  • Experience using ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 (desirable)
  • Ability to read and interpret parts manuals or technical drawings (advantageous)
  • Mechanical or hydraulic understanding (beneficial)
