Spare Parts Sales Coordinator - Mining OEM

This is a standout opportunity to join a global underground mining OEM in a key support role, offering long-term career development and stability.
We're partnering with a leading OEM to recruit a Spare Parts Sales Coordinator for their Midvale branch in Perth. You'll be joining a close-knit, high-performing team supporting underground operations across Australia through parts coordination, internal sales, and customer support.
You'll start on a 6-month contract through Marble with the potential to transition across to permanent onto the clients books following this.
What's on Offer
- Monday-Friday office-based role (Perth - Midvale)
- Rotating shifts between 6am-5pm (8-hour days)
- $50ph + super (casual via Marble)

The Role
You'll act as the key link between customers, field service teams, and internal departments - ensuring parts are sourced, quoted, and delivered efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage spare parts enquiries, quotations and sales orders
- Identify correct parts using manuals, drawings and technical docs
- Provide pricing, lead times and availability to customers
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement and logistics teams
- Manage backorders and customer updates
- Organise freight and delivery to mine sites
- Maintain accurate records across ERP/CRM systems
- Follow up quotes to drive conversion
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience (2+ years) in spare parts, internal sales, or a coordination role
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first, team-oriented approach
- Confident processing purchase and sales orders with solid attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems
- Exposure to mining, heavy equipment, or industrial environments (highly regarded)
- Experience using ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 (desirable)
- Ability to read and interpret parts manuals or technical drawings (advantageous)
- Mechanical or hydraulic understanding (beneficial)
