The Opportunity

Our client is a rapidly growing Gold Coast construction consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering quality outcomes across both commercial and residential projects. With a solid and expanding pipeline, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Building Certifier into a key, senior position within the business.

The Role

As a Building Certifier, you will be responsible for managing a high-volume portfolio of projects, ensuring compliance while delivering a high level of service to clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing and certifying projects in line with relevant legislation and codes
• Reviewing plans, specifications, and documentation for compliance
• Conducting site inspections at key construction stages
• Providing clear, practical advice to clients and stakeholders
• Working closely with builders, architects, and engineers to drive outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Registered Building Certifier (essential)
• Proven experience across commercial and/or residential projects
• Strong knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations
• Ability to manage a busy, fast-paced workload
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
