A leading commercial joinery firm is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team.

This business delivers large-scale, high-profile commercial projects, major refurbishments, and complex fit-outs across NSW. With a strong secured pipeline, they are entering their next phase of growth.

They are now looking for a senior-level operator who can step in immediately, take ownership of projects, and lead from the front.

The Role:

You will be responsible for managing multiple commercial projects simultaneously.

This is a hands-on leadership role where confidence, communication and decisive problem-solving are critical.

Your responsibilities will include:

• End-to-end project delivery, managing multiple live commercial sites
• Direct liaison with Tier 1 & Tier 2 builders
• Programme and deadline management
• Budget control, variations & commercial oversight
• Proactive problem-solving on-site

This role requires someone who can make confident decisions in real time. The business values initiative and accountability.

Essential Experience:

• 5-10+ years' Project Management experience within commercial joinery
• Strong background and proven experience delivering 6 figure projects
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Exposure to both large-scale and high-pressure smaller projects
• Proven experience working alongside Tier 1 & Tier 2 builders across Sydney
