CNC Operator - Cabinetry & Joinery | Brisbane
A well‑established Brisbane cabinetmaking company is looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join their production team. The business manufactures high‑quality commercial and residential cabinetry, and needs someone confident operating CNC machinery in a fast‑paced joinery environment.
About the Role
- Operating and running CNC machinery for cabinetry production
- Loading materials, cutting components, and ensuring accurate outputs
- Reading and interpreting plans, job sheets, and cut lists
- Performing machine checks, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Working collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines
- Maintaining quality, safety, and consistency across all work
What You Need
- CNC operating experience in a cabinetmaking/joinery factory (absolute must)
- Ability to read plans, drawings, and cabinetry specifications
- Strong understanding of joinery components and materials
- High attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Mechanical aptitude and confidence identifying minor issues
- Cert III in Cabinet Making highly regarded, but not essential
- Reliability, good communication, and a strong work ethic
