Required Skills:

• Essential underground experience
• A minimum of 12 months recent experience as a Bogger Operator
• Competence in conducting regular equipment inspections and reporting faults
• Strong skills in managing spillage and sump bogging
• Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership and environmental awareness
• Right to work in Australia
• Valid Australian Manual Driver's Licence

Nice to Have Skills:

• High saftey standards with a zero harm approach
• Ability to identify and enhance operational efficiency
• Strong problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Prior experience residing and working in Western Australia
• Relevant certifications in equipment operation

Other Requirements:

• Must be based in or open to relocating to Western Australia, or willing to FIFO interstate at own cost
