Pump Fitter - FIFO Pilbara, work on modern UG gold/copper site with top facilities, day shift rosters, training, and career growth - Tier 1 Contractor
Join a world-class underground mining contractor at one of Australia's most established and technologically advanced gold operations. This is a long-term FIFO opportunity offering excellent facilities, strong team culture, and genuine career progression into the underground hard rock sector.
This role is ideal for someone from a pipe fitting, boiler making, mechanical fitting, or diesel fitting background looking for a long-term secure role at a Mine Site with plenty of life left.
Service and repairs of slurry pumps
Service and repair of helical rotor pump sets
Service and repair of mono pumps
Pipework and infrastructure maintenance around pump stations
Back-to-back duties with the other Pump Fitter in crew
Surface workshop + underground service bay work
You will:
Have 1-2+ years experience in civil, transport, agricultural, or mechanical environments
Be eager to learn and develop in Underground Hard Rock Mining
Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Be safety-focused at all times
Work well in a team but also operate autonomously
Be willing to learn, adapt, and "have a go"
$70.00ph + Super (casual rate)
Permanent transition typically within 6 months
