Building Administrator

Our Client

Join a well-established, family-operated residential builderwith over 40 years of local experience. With a strong reputation for high-quality custom homes and a genuinely supportive culture, they are looking to add a Building Administrator to their growing team.

This is a full-time role, based at their Geelong office.

The Role

• Assist in reception duties
• Attend to maintenance queries including approving invoices and maintaining accurate records
• Administer weekly meetings including agenda and minute preparation
• Assist with OHS requirements
• Prepare and monitor variations to contracts and assist with permit processes

About you

• At least 3-5 years' administrative experience in the construction space
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office packages (essential) and ClickHomes (desirable)
• Cert IV Occupational Health & Safety (desirable)
