This builder is looking for a high performing and hungry New Home Sales Consultant to join their team in their stunning Morayfield display.

About you!

You will be an experienced New Home Sales Consultant who will ideally bring 5+ years experience having worked for a new home builder in the Queensland market. The successful consultant will have a warm and energetic personality along with a passion for the industry and HUNGRY to succeed!

Given this is a high performing centre, the type of consultant that would suit this position best would be someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys a challenge and is experienced in managing their workbook effectively in order to achieve maximum results.

Key Duties

• Negotiate sales enquiries with potential clients.
• Conducting display home openings and inspections, including directing customers by escorting them through display homes.
• Helping clients select a house plan or design, suggesting and discussing standard inclusions, exclusions, upgrades, finishes and providing other relevant information.
• Generating leads and opportunities from walk-in clients and real estate agents, telephone, email and web-based enquiries.
• Developing and maintaining a network of industry partners, such as land developers, financiers and local community providers.

Core Skills, Experience and Attributes:

• 5 years experience in a New Home Sales Consultant role with a project home builder (expectation in this role is 4x sales per month).
• Building industry experience
• Well-developed writing and communication skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Problem solving skills
