Our client is a highly regarded bespoke home builder on the Gold Coast, known for delivering some of the region's most distinctive and architecturally impressive homes. Their focus on craftsmanship, detail, and quality is matched by a strong team culture, where pride in the work and accountability on site ensures nothing is overlooked.

With significant growth planned for 2026, they are now seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support this next phase and grow alongside the business as it continues to elevate its portfolio.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The role is suitable for someone who has worked within the residential construction industry and is looking to work with an established builder. You will be supervising a maximum of 3 to 4 quality homes that are all vastly different.

Their homes range in value from $3m - $8m+ across a mix of low and high set homes. The workbook currently consists of purely custom homes. You will work with leaders in the field, receiving exceptional support from the office with a full team that all share the same passion.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Minimum 3+ years working as a Site Supervisor in the residential industry
• QBCC Building license is essential
• Working with both low and high set homes or a commercial background is desired
• Ability to work towards targets effectively including budget, time and quality management
• A mindset and work ethic that cares about finer details, with proven expereince working with high quality products

WHAT YOU'LL GET

• Reporting to one of the most experienced construction managers in the market
• Salary will be $150k + Super + Car + Phone + Fuel card. The salary can vary depending on experience
• Brilliant location working close to the inner city
