This highly reputable earthmoving and crushing & screening dealership is experiencing strong growth nationwide and is looking to add an experienced Field Service Crusher Fitter to keep up with demand.

The Location of Work and Need for Technicians

With the division supporting customers across multiple regions, technicians are currently required to service:

• Southeast Queensland client base
• Northern NSW
• Brisbane metro and surrounding areas

The Work

This role offers variety, autonomy and consistent workload, supporting a busy division in the field and occasionally in the workshop.

In the role you will:

• Complete new machine builds, assembly and commissioning
• Carry out warranty repairs, servicing, breakdown response and onsite technical support
• Be predominantly site-based (approx. 90%) with occasional time in-town workshops (approx. 10%)
• Travel regularly while generally staying on a 5:2 roster (home most weekends)
• Have the option to accrue time in lieu when weekend work is required
• Work overtime most days, with shifts commonly extending to 10-12 hours
• Pick up weekend work when needed by the business
• Access international travel opportunities (New Caledonia and PNG)
• Use a modern company work truck with fuel card
• Be paid travel time from home to many projects

• Relevant trade qualification
• Proven experience on mobile crushing and screening equipment (essential)
• Strong ability to plan your day, work independently and manage your workload
• Confident customer communication and the ability to manage expectations onsite
• Pride in workmanship, quality standards and safe delivery
