An established and growing joinery business is seeking an experienced Factory Shopfitter / Cabinet Maker to join their high-performing team in North Brisbane.

This opportunity suits a committed tradesperson who takes pride in their workmanship and has experience delivering high-end retail fit-out projects. The role offers long-term stability and the chance to contribute to quality projects within a professional workshop environment.

The Role

Based in a well-equipped factory, the successful candidate will be responsible for the manufacture and assembly of custom joinery for premium retail and commercial projects. Working alongside skilled tradespeople, this role requires a strong focus on quality, efficiency and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble high-quality joinery and shopfitting components
• Read and interpret detailed workshop drawings and specifications
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a high standard of finish and craftsmanship
• Work to production schedules and project deadlines
• Contribute to a safe, organised and professional workshop

About the Candidate

• Qualified Cabinet Maker / Shopfitter or equivalent industry experience
• Proven background in high-end retail or commercial joinery
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual and committed to full-time employment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
