The Branch & Working Hours

As a workshop fitter you will be based full-time at the Brisbane workshop, with day-to-day duties including a steady flow of interesting and varied work.

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 3:30pm
  • Early finish Fridays (flexible start/finish times available)
  • Regular overtime and weekend work if you want it
  • Strong earning opportunities without FIFO

The Role & Machinery

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across a wide range of earthmoving, crushing, and screening equipment where you will on a role offering the chance to utilise your skill set and train and work with others to upskill them on gear:

  • Servicing and maintenance
  • Warranty work
  • Major rebuilds and repairs
  • Commissioning
  • Supporting and mentoring apprentices

Your Value

You must be a trade qualified and experienced mechanic or fitter who takes pride in quality work and enjoys being part of a team and has strong experience working on large repairs of earthmoving and heavy equipment.

  • Trade qualified (diesel or light vehicle) - Cert III
  • Experience with heavy machinery, earthmoving, road transport, or mining
  • Confident working independently on complex repairs
  • Exposure to hydraulics and electrics (or keen to upskill)
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset
  • Looking for a long-term role with real earning potential
