The role

Reporting to the Field Service Manager, you'll work autonomously in the field, attending customer sites to diagnose, repair and maintain a range of earthmoving equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Attending customer sites to perform diagnostics, repairs and maintenance
• Working across engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems and components
• Completing detailed service reports in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintaining and operating a fully equipped company service ute
• Liaising with parts and internal service teams to ensure efficient turnaround
• Providing professional, high-quality customer service on site

Your value and experience

You'll hold a Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology and have hands-on experience working on mobile plant equipment in both workshop and field environments.

You'll also bring:

• 2-3 years' experience in a field service role
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capability
• Solid hydraulic knowledge and ability to interpret schematics
• A strong work ethic with pride in quality workmanship
• A safety-first mindset
• Current valid driver's licence
