A well-established commercial joinery company in Williamstown is seeking an experienced CNC Operator with strong MultiCAM skills. This temp-to-perm role offers stability, full-time hours and the chance to join a high-quality production team long term.

About the Role:

• Operating CNC machinery (MultiCAM preferred) for commercial joinery production
• Programming and editing CNC files (MultiCAM / EnRoute or similar)
• Cutting, routing and machining timber, MDF, plywood and composite materials
• Reading and interpreting drawings, cut lists and production schedules
• Performing machine setup, tooling changes and basic maintenance

We're Looking For:

• Experience operating MultiCAM CNC machines (highly desired)
• CNC programming experience-ability to create, adjust or troubleshoot programs
• Candidates with joinery or metal CNC machining backgrounds encouraged to apply
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving ability
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
• Full Australian work rights
