We are seeking an experienced Residential Draftsperson to join our Perth-based team. This role offers stability, flexibility, and exposure to a broad range of residential projects across Western Australia.

Role Responsibilities
* Produce accurate and compliant working drawings, documentation, and plans
* Interpret design briefs and contribute to design development
* Ensure alignment with NCC, local council guidelines, and company drafting standards
* Manage multiple drafting tasks while maintaining quality and timelines
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to support efficient project delivery
Required Skills and Experience
* Demonstrated experience in WA residential drafting
* Strong understanding of local building codes, construction methods, and regulations
* Proficiency in industry software (ArchiCAD, Revit, or AutoCAD)
* Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills
* Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
