  • 5:2 roster - every weekend off - 8.00am - 4.30pm

The workshop role

Reporting to the workshop supervisor and working closely with experienced mechanics you will enjoy working on the following maintenance duties:

  • Servicing, general repairs, preventative maintenance, scheduled maintenance, major component changeouts
  • Problem solving, diagnostics, fault finding
  • Component rebuilds including engines

Your value

You will have come from a heavy vehicle background and have experience working in a workshop-based environment maintaining on road transport equipment.

  • Mechanical trade qualification (Diesel trade advantageous)
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously
  • Engines rebuild experience (highly regarded not essential)
  • Excellent attitude towards work and safety
  • High level of workmanship
