Join a reputable industrial refrigeration company working with major commercial clients across Melbourne. With steady growth and a strong project pipeline, now seeking an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Technician to join the team.

About Us

We specialise in:

• Large-scale industrial refrigeration systems

• Cold storage and food processing facilities

• Piping systems, retrofits & heat load calculations

• New installations, system upgrades & servicing

Key clients include Woolworths, Mainfreight, McDonald's food processing, PFD Seafood Centres, and major cold storage operators.

Projects range from large warehouse refrigeration installs to retrofitting and servicing complex freezer and cooler systems.

The Role

You will work across installation, maintenance, and repairs on industrial refrigeration equipment, including:

• Cool rooms, freezers, and large plant systems

• Piping installs and retrofits

• System commissioning & troubleshooting

• Breakdown service and routine maintenance

You'll also collaborate with our in-house engineers who use CAD and 3D modelling for system designs.

What We're Looking For

• Industrial or commercial refrigeration experience

• Strong technical skills in large plant systems and piping

• Trade qualification + ARCtick

• Ability to work autonomously and within a team

• Positive attitude and commitment to quality work
