Account Manager - Fire Protection Services

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to join our fire division. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, ensure they remain compliant with fire safety regulations, and identify opportunities to expand the services we provide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of commercial and industrial clients

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and site visits

  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and service renewals

  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts across fire protection services (alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers, suppression systems, emergency lighting, etc.)

  • Coordinate with technicians, dispatch, and project teams to deliver timely inspections, testing, and repairs

  • Ensure clients remain compliant with relevant standards (NFPA, AS1851, AHJ requirements, or local fire codes)

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, reports, and service documentation


What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in fire protection, building services, safety systems, or facility management

  • Coming from a fire background "on the tools" (e.g., technician, sprinkler fitter, extinguisher tech, alarms tech) is highly advantageous

  • Strong account management or customer service experience

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to attend client sites
