The Branch & Hours
Your role as a field service technician means staying on the move - you will be building strong relationships with customers and working across a variety of job sites throughout Dalby and Toowoomba region.
- Standard hours: Mon-Thurs 7:00am-3:30pm with an early Friday finish (hours may be flexible)
- Regular overtime available, including weekend work for those wanting to boost earnings
The Role & Machinery
This role offers extensive opportunity to upskill across earthmoving, crushing, and screening equipment while taking on a mix of servicing and technical fault-finding.
- Scheduled servicing, component change-outs, PM work, and equipment/technology upgrades
- Breakdowns, diagnostics, fault finding, problem-solving, and warranty repairs
Your Skills & Experience
To thrive in this role, you'll be a trade-qualified light vehicle or diesel mechanic with a proactive attitude and the drive to learn.
- Trade qualification with experience in heavy machinery, transport, earthmoving, or mining
- Materials handling experience is an advantage but not essential
- Ability to work independently in the field, managing breakdowns and problem-solving
- Hydraulic and electrical diagnostic skills highly regarded (full training provided)
- Strong customer service skills and a positive approach to work
- Seeking a stable, long-term opportunity with solid earning potential
