About the Role:
We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Scheduler / Estimator to join residential construction projects across both NOR and SOR. These roles offer market-leading pay, flexibility, and autonomy, with opportunities to work across a variety of projects. Many builders use January-February to onboard professionals at all experience levels-perfect timing to secure your next role!

What You'll Do:

• Prepare accurate project estimates, budgets, and costings.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and key milestones.
• Coordinate with site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timelines and costs are managed effectively.
• Analyse project plans, identify risks, and recommend efficiencies.
• Support project managers with reporting, documentation, and client communications.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in residential construction estimating and/or scheduling, ideally across SOR and/or NOR projects.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently while collaborating with project teams.
• Flexible and adaptable to varying project requirements and timelines.
