About the Role:
We're looking for skilled and motivated Site Supervisors to join a range of residential construction projects across both NOR and SOR. These roles offer market-leading pay, high autonomy, and flexible working arrangements. Many companies use the January-February period to onboard multiple supervisors across different experience level, this is your chance to secure a great role early in the year!

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects run safely, on time, and on budget.
• Coordinate trades, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor quality standards, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, management, and your site team.
• Manage site documentation, reports, and progress tracking.

• Proven experience in residential construction supervision (NOR/ SOR projects).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with teams and clients.
