Are you an experienced Cabinet Maker ready to step up, lead a crew, and take ownership of premium projects? We're partnering with a well-respected cabinetry and fit-out company known for delivering exceptional workmanship across luxury residential builds and high-end commercial spaces. With a strong pipeline of work heading into 2026, they're looking for a motivated Leading Hand / Foreman to join their team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll guide a small team onsite, coordinate with project managers, and ensure work is delivered to the highest standard. You'll be the key point of contact onsite, managing day-to-day operations across bespoke kitchens, wardrobes, custom joinery, and high-end commercial fitouts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of cabinet makers and installers onsite

• Oversee daily site operations, schedules, and workflow

• Read and interpret detailed drawings and plans

• Ensure exceptional craftsmanship, accuracy, and finishes

• Liaise with builders, clients, suppliers, and internal teams

• Maintain site safety, quality, and compliance

• Troubleshoot issues and drive projects to successful completion

About You

• Qualified Cabinet Maker (Cert III minimum)

• Strong onsite install experience across high-end residential and/or commercial projects

• Proven leadership or Leading Hand experience

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain premium finishes

• Confident communicator who can coordinate trades and clients

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines

• White Card and current driver's licence
