Do you want to join one of NSW's most trusted project home builders, known for delivering quality homes and exceptional customer care. My client is recruiting for an experienced Warranty & Maintenance Manager to lead our post-construction service function and ensure our clients receive a seamless experience long after handover.
The Role
You'll oversee all warranty, maintenance and defect management across completed homes. From managing the 90-day defect period to coordinating trades and navigating building commissioner requirements, you'll be the key point of contact ensuring issues are resolved quickly, professionally and in line with NSW regulations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing all warranty, maintenance and post-settlement defect claims
- Look after a team of 3 Maintenance Supervisors & 3 Coordinators.
- Liaising with clients, trades, supervisors and internal teams
- Coordinating and scheduling rectification works from the Warwick Farm office
- Ensuring compliance with statutory warranty obligations and building commissioner requirements
- Reviewing reports, identifying recurring issues, and driving quality improvements
- Handling escalations and delivering a high-level customer experience
Who We're Looking For
- Previous experience in residential construction warranty, maintenance or customer service roles
- Strong understanding of NSW compliance and defect management
- Confident communicator who can manage difficult conversations with ease
- Highly organised, proactive and able to juggle competing priorities
- Strong stakeholder and trade management skills
