Senior Estimator - Civil Infrastructure
We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to support the delivery of civil infrastructure projects and guide the estimating function within our organisation.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate estimating activities

Prepare and review tenders
-
Support negotiations and handovers to project teams
-
Mentor junior estimating staff
-
Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge
-
Estimate works across land development, water infrastructure, and road/drainage projects
About You
-
10+ years' experience in civil construction
-
Strong background in both estimating and project delivery - Subdivisons, VicRoads, Utilities
-
First-principles estimating capability
-
Experience preparing subcontractor packages
-
Understanding of local market conditions
-
Knowledge of estimating software (any platform) is an advantage
