The Role

Reporting to the Senior Surveyor, the Mine Surveyor supports day-to-day underground operations by providing accurate survey data, maintaining mine plans and ensuring statutory compliance. Your work will directly support production, development, drilling, blasting and scheduling activities across the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete underground mark-outs, pickups and stope surveys

  • Deliver accurate end-of-month (EOM) surveys, stockpile measurements and reporting

  • Maintain and update mine plans, survey files and spatial records

  • Support underground and surface set-outs

  • Maintain survey control and ensure compliance with statutory requirements

  • Assist with ventilation readings, hazard plans and design inputs

  • Provide timely survey data to production, engineering and geology teams

  • Uphold safety standards and contribute to continuous improvement

Skills & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Surveying

  • Underground hard-rock experience

  • Proficiency in Deswik Survey or similar packages

  • Strong numeracy, computer and data-management skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Sound planning and problem-solving capability

  • Current WA C-Class Driver's Licence

  • Senior First Aid beneficial
