12-hour shifts

Reporting to the Senior Mining Engineer, you'll focus on three core responsibilities:
Produce weekly underground schedules aligned to monthly and quarterly plans
Provide Drill & Blast and production instructions, overseeing QA/QC for accuracy and safety
Lead improvement projects and mentor junior engineers, driving performance uplift across the team
Minimum 1+ year underground experience for wntry level band, generous negotiable rates with more experience
Coal experience acceptable if accompanying strong tenure, experience and qualifications
Deswik capability (design and plan interpretation)
Tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering
Manual WA C-Class driver's licence
Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Desirable: St John's Senior First Aid + WHS Act familiarity
$137,000 - $150,000 base + STI + LTI
