Senior Project Manager - Mechanical Services
Location: Adelaide / South Australia
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
A long-established mechanical services contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of major commercial HVAC and mechanical projects across health, education, defence, commercial and industrial sectors.
As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of mechanical services projects from early planning and design coordination through to construction, commissioning and final handover.
This role will predominantly involve large-scale HVAC projects, including systems incorporating chillers, boilers, central plant, hydronic systems and complex mechanical services.
Proven experience delivering medium-to-large commercial or institutional mechanical/HVAC projects.
Strong technical understanding of chillers, boilers, hydronic systems, central plant, mechanical pipework and integrated building services.
Ability to coordinate design, fabrication, installation and commissioning phases.
Excellent stakeholder-management skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
Strong commercial skills: budgeting, variations, progress claims and contract administration.
