My client is a leading, multi-award-winning builder who is expanding their Client Liaison team and they are seeking a polished and proactive Client Liaison Officer to join their Parramatta office.

This role offers stability, career development, and the chance to work with a supportive and energetic team, just a short walk from Parramatta Station.

About the Role

As the Client Liaison Officer, you will guide clients through each stage of their build, ensuring a positive experience from contract to handover. You'll collaborate with internal departments, councils, and certifiers, helping clients navigate the process with confidence. They have a strong focus on selling house and land packages as well as knock down re-builds

Their homes range from single storey and double storey homes, mini homes (granny flats), dual living and split level. They have won a multitude of awards for their homes for NSW & Hunter Region.

While not a dedicated permits role, experience with the NSW Planning Portal or residential approvals is highly regarded. They offer a great team and work culture!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for clients throughout the build process.
  • Liaise with councils, certifiers, and internal teams.
  • Assist with documentation, approvals, and planning portal tasks when required.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and manage client expectations.

What you need:

  • Experience in residential construction or client liaison roles.
  • Confident communicator with strong customer service skills.
  • Professional, well-presented and proactive.
  • Familiarity with the NSW Planning Portal (preferred).
