We're chasing a career-driven individual ready to put in the hard yards and learn a niche trade within the mining sector - with full on-the-job training from some of the best in WA's rock drill division.

The Role

Hands-on role focused on extracting tungsten from drill bits, running carbon and salt extraction systems, and operating gantry cranes in a clean, safety-driven environment.

• Extract tungsten from used drill bits using specialised machinery.

• Operate carbon extraction fans, salt washing systems, and overhead cranes safely and efficiently.
• Conduct pre-start checks and basic maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate production records and report faults promptly.
• Uphold strict safety, quality, and environmental standards across all tasks.
• Support a clean, organised, and team-focused work environment.

What You'll Need:

• Australian-recognised Forklift (LF) License
• Safety-first mindset and proactive attitude
• Willingness to learn and develop your skill yet
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical & D&A screening
• Mechanical knowledge and experience is highly regarded not essential
