We're seeking experienced Maintenance Plumbers for long-term roles with leading commercial maintenance and residential maintenance contractors across the Perth metro area.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure stable, ongoing work with a company that values quality workmanship, reliability, and a strong service culture. You'll be working across a variety of commercial sites - from offices and retail spaces to healthcare and education facilities - ensuring plumbing systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Carrying out scheduled preventative maintenance on commercial plumbing systems
• Responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults, and performing repairs
• Hot water system servicing, tapware and fixture replacements, leak detection, and drainage works
• Liaising with clients and site managers, providing professional service and reporting

What We're Looking For:
✅ WA Plumbing Trade Qualification & Plumbing Licence
✅ Gasfitting licence (preferred but not essential)
✅ Experience in commercial service and maintenance
✅ Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a focus on safety
