The Project & Roster

Located in the central Bowen Basin approximately 2 hours from Mackay and 2 hours from Rockhampton, this large open cut coal mine site offers;-

• Excellent training and development, including OEM training
• Roster - 7 days on, 7 days off, 7 nights on, 7 days off (Wednesday-Tuesday)
• Full camp set up with en suited rooms and recreational facilities including a gym
• Site located 20 minutes bus rid from the site
• Point of hire for this site is the mining camp (bus provided to and from the camp/ mine site)

The Duties

Your minimum of 2+ years post trade experience working on civil earthmoving plant or mining equipment will put you in a great position to start on this site.

• Depending on your skills the role will be workshop, field service or both
• Working in a well-connected and experienced crew
• Machinery - Wide range of open cut CAT earthmoving equipment

DIDO, Accommodation and Meals

You'll enjoy a DIDO set up where accommodation and meals will be provided. Travel in and out of the camp will be in your own time and arrangements. Benefits include;-

Your value

Your minimum of 2+ years post trade experience working on civil earthmoving plant or mining equipment will put you in a great position to start on this site. You will also have the following;-

• Trade qualifications in a heavy diesel discipline
• CAT earthmoving equipment knowledge
• A strong desire to forward your skills in the mining industry
• An excellent attitude towards work and safety values
• Pasion for mechanics and forwarding your skills
• A team player and able to work autonomously
• Reliable and dedicated to the position
