As the Site Manager, you will be the driving force behind on-site operations, ensuring that all projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. They are looking for a team player, someone who is coachable, driven and will take iniative.
Responsibilities

You will establish project sites, including amenities, hoardings, signage, and safety systems. This also involves maintaining site diaries and noticeboards.

Lead site safety and compliance by conducting risk assessments, reviewing SWMS, and managing permits to work. You'll also be responsible for incident reporting, investigations, and emergency response coordination.
- Manage short-term programs (2-week) and report on progress. Your role includes tracking labor, managing preliminaries (traffic management, cranes, bins), and controlling costs. You will also prepare and maintain site records such as RFIs and QA checklists.
- Manage subcontractor inductions and compliance using Buildpass. You will also chair subcontractor meetings and issue non-conformance reports as needed.
- Provide clear direction to subcontractors and site teams. You will also work alongside Project Coordinators, Contract Administrators, and Project Managers.
So, what do we need from you?

A Diploma or Degree in Construction Management or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in a site management or foreman role

Knowledge of construction methods, WHS legislation, and QA processes.

Competence in Microsoft Office, Procore, and Buildpass.

A current driver's license, reliable transport, First Aid certification, and a White Card are required.
