The Role

• Produce take offs, bill of quantities for production
• Produce sale quotes on extra ordinary designs
• Source more favourable pricing from suppliers and sub-contractors
• Negotiate and maintain Pricing Agreements
• Produce and update Master Bills
• Produce and send all purchase orders
• Order and manage stock for hardware and fit-off
• Develop and implement relevant policies and procedures
• Produce and price variations

What you need

• Proven experience in a similar position
• Experience in both sales and production estimating
• Experience in a construction based software system (preferred)
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and cost drivers
• Problem solving and Information management skills
• Highly organised, proactive and resourceful
• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field is beneficial
