Are you a skilled Cabinet Vision drafter or a qualified joiner with CAD knowledge looking to step into drafting? Join a small, close-knit team where your work directly shapes high-end, custom wardrobe fitouts.

About the Role:

We're on the hunt for a Cabinet Vision Drafter to take ownership of drafting all bespoke internal wardrobe fitouts - think shelves, shoe racks, and hanging rails - every job is unique, and every detail matters.

This is a solo drafting role, reporting directly to the general manager and working closely with a small factory manufacturing team to as you will be responsible for the full screen-to-machine process, including design, programming and liaising with machine operators to ensure accuracy and resolve issues as needed.

The role would be perfectly suited to an experienced cabinet vision drafter OR a trade qualified cabinet maker / joiner with basic CAD skills, who is eager to pursue a career in drafting.

What You'll Need:

• Experience using Cabinet Vision software (advantageous)
• Come from a joinery / cabinetry background (essential)
• Other CAD software experience (advantageous)
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Confidence working with CNC operators and adjusting programs on the fly
• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach
