We are seeking a fully licensed and experienced plumber to lead and manage our client's Perth-based service team. This is a Perth-only leadership role, focused entirely on local team operations. You'll be responsible for driving team culture, overseeing service delivery and processes, and enhancing the customer experience across both domestic and commercial maintenance and installation work.

This role is ideal for a technically competent leader who thrives in a structured, customer-focused service environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 15-25 tradespeople and apprentices, ensuring performance, engagement, and accountability.

• Drive service standards and team culture across all residential and commercial jobs (install and maintenance).

• Develop and manage apprentice training plans and skills progression.

• Oversee daily operational procedures, safety compliance, and job quality.

• Provide technical leadership and support to the team.

• Liaise directly with clients to ensure a high-quality customer journey and resolve service issues when required.

• Collaborate with scheduling, estimating, and admin teams to streamline delivery.

• Monitor and implement on-site procedures, including team check-ins and toolbox meetings.

• Work from the West Leederville office with flexibility to work from home when attending off-site tasks closer to home.

Requirements

• WA Plumbing Licence (mandatory)

• Prior experience in a Service Manager or Supervisory role within the plumbing industry

• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

• Demonstrated experience managing both commercial and residential plumbing teams

• High technical proficiency across maintenance and installation

• Strong understanding of OH&S, team procedures, and site compliance

• Current Manual Driver's Licence and White Card

Service Area

You will oversee and support the Perth metro area, servicing sites from Joondalup to Mandurah.
